Annual POLIS Conference 2026

POLIS is the leading network of cities and regions, working together on sustainable mobility and innovation while advocating for greater involvement of local and regional authorities in national and international mobility policy.

The Annual POLIS Conference 2026 will take place on 2 and 3 December 2026 in Brussels, returning to the city where POLIS is headquartered and where many European mobility conversations begin.

After a record-breaking 2025 edition in Utrecht with over 1,000 participants, the POLIS Team cannot wait to welcome you to another unmissable conference. POLIS 2026 will be hosted on 2-3 December 2026, in Brussels, Belgium. This year’s conference will take place at THE EGG, a former warehouse turned conference centre, within walking distance of the Brussels South railway and metro station.
